Sheridan Returns as Faculty Advisor to Poynter Journalism Program

Professor Chris Sheridan is returning as a Faculty Advisor for the Poynter-Koch Media and Journalism fellowship program. The program helps emerging journalists across all mediums get to the next level through a year-long intensive experiential learning program.

As an advisor Sheridan, works directly with 8 of the 53 fellows in this year’s class.  He meets with them weekly and advises them on everything from newsroom dynamics, journalism and coverage issues and their fellowship projects.

Sponsored by Charles Koch Foundation and run by the Poynter Institute, this is the third year of the program overall.   This is Sheridan’s second year as an Advisor.
