Alum Film Debuts as Atlantic Select

The Grey Zone  directed, produced, and edited by Brian Gersten (MFA ’16) and co-produced by Monica Berra (MFA ’16) recently made its debut in Atlantic Select, a showcase of short documentaries from independent creators, curated by The Atlantic

Using archival and animation, The Grey Zone offers a timely and informative examination of the last remaining land dispute between the US and Canada. The film, says Gersten, “is more or less about the absurdity of borders and our obsession with them.”  Take a look!
